We like to write in all the important dates and celebrations for the coming year on the crisp new calendar pages. Now is the time to plan for the new year ahead. For us it seems like every year passes faster than the last.

All of us at Hawaiianpix have many goals for the coming year. 

Our number one resolution is exactly the same as last year = to always keep FOCUSED on what is most important. 
We know we have the best customers at Hawaiianpix. We remain committed to be focused on you! As a photography company we really do understand focus better than most.

We hope now matter what your New Years resolutions may be, that you stay focused on your goals and dreams. 2016 is right before us and full of possibilities!

Time to Order Now!! Holiday Order Dates

We have been super busy these last three weeks taking family holiday and couple portraits all over our beautiful island of Oahu. Thank you to all the families that scheduled ahead and already have their photos for holiday cards. 

December 15th is the last day we can guarantee holiday delivery!

So what should you do if you haven't made a reservation or taken your photos with us yet? You may want to consider sending a Happy Holidays or Happy New Year card instead this year. We can process Digital Image files faster than prints so consider this when placing an order after the 15th.

We are also booked solid the week of Dec 21- Dec 26th but do have some openings after Christmas. The best way to make a reservation is to call Andrea "Andy" our office manager on Tuesdays- Saturdays from 9am to 1pm HST.

Time To Think About The Holidays!

Time to think about the holidays!

As of today, there are less than 50 days until Christmas Day!

If you are planning on using your photographs for holiday cards or holiday gifts, it is important to remember shipping time. Here are a few things to remember...     

 When scheduling your appointment, remember that it takes up to two weeks for us to edit your images and post your gallery online. 

So remember, taking the family photos is just the first step and needs to be scheduled in the next few weeks in order to work through production on time!

·                     If you are ordering prints, production time is about 5-7 business days (maybe longer if we are experiencing a high volume of orders). Once your images have been printed, we will ship them to you via the shipping method you have selected. Shipping delivery depends upon the service that you choose from overnight to 10-15 days.  

·                     For digital images, it takes us 3-5 business days to edit and upload them. Once they have been uploaded you will receive an email from our lab technician with instructions on how to access them. Once you have received this email they are available to you immediately for download on to your computer. 

**If you are a last minute holiday shopper, digital images would be the way to go**  

Alright, sorry to bring this up but here are your important December deadlines!! 

We hope this helps for your holiday season planning! The motto for this time of year should be "the sooner, the better". Then you won't get caught in the whirlwind rush!

Our summer schedule started early here at Hawaiianpix...

The month of May alone was filled with over 25 family and couple portrait sessions, several engagement and honeymoon sessions, a few formal headshots for portfolios, some graduation photos, and of course weddings! And that was just May!!

June and July
combined we saw over 60 plus families and couple sessions,had several high school senior portraits, photographed 2 University Graduation Ceremonies and graduation formals, plus a wedding vow renewal, a trash the dress session, a few maternity sessions, 5 more weddings and met with brides for a whole weekend at the Hawaii Bridal Expo.

Whew! 

It was fun and super, duper busy. If you haven't seen a lot of blog posts from us during these last few months,well, now you know why!!!

They registered online for the contest. She and Roland were one of hundreds of entries that registered online and in person at the Hawaii Bridal Expo last weekend at the Blaisdell.
